HACX, a DOOM2 ADD-ON will be released via shareware in September 1997!
Through a Limited Add-On License with id Software (pending final product approval by id), we will distribute a new game named HACX!
HACX is pronounced hacks.
The shareware will feature 4 levels, that are considerable in size! Most taking 20 minutes to complete at the higher skill levels, even after much practice!
The shareware will feature, 4 new weapons, 7 new monsters, all new FX and music!
In the registered version there will be, 5 more weapons, 5 more characters, and over 500 new textures, used in 17 more, wickedly deadly levels.
HACX will be completely DOOM2 compatible, because of that, many new levels and worlds can be made by the thousands of excellent DOOM2 level designers from around the world!
DOOM2 version 1.9 will be required, so get yours upgraded now!
DOOM2 is also still available for sale at all fine software outlets as well as from id Software directly!
