Note about surface.flips bit4

Sorry about this, I should have put it in the last post.

I've done some more experimenting and found that changing bit4 of then =
surface.flips changes nothing in the game. But it seems the bit is set =
just like I said in the last post. Even setting every surface in the =
level with bit4 on does nothing. I have no idea why it is like this. I =
have successfully changed the sky texure to the swirling water without =
changing the bit. If anyone has any idea why it is like this then feel =
free to share
