I just fixed my model editor so that it works with the new
mdl format (exect flame). In doing so I added gourard shading
to the texture mapping routine... i.e. I use the quake colormap.lmp
What I wanted to know is: Can I distribute this color map with
my veiwer? Several people use the quake palette so I would guess
that it is OK, it's sorta the same thing. But I am afraid to take
anything for granted... I guess I could just read it from the GRX
directory if need be..
In general though, what type of info is safe to be re-distributed?
None?
