=========================================================================== Advanced engine needed : GZDOOM Primary purpose : Single play =========================================================================== Title : Generic Hell Themed Doom Levels Filename : HELL01.wad Release date : 5/14/2021 Author : Ricola102 Email Address : [redacted] Description : Wanted to learn DOOM mapping so I made these three maps to teach myself. Their order in the wad is the order they were made so the quality may be a bit uneven. Pistol-starts are recommended but there was some effort to preserve the difficulty if you don't. There are 3 levels all designed for solo play. All difficulties are accounted for but they were primarily tested in Ultra-Violence. GZDOOM is needed because dynamic lights and 3D floors are used. Tested primarily in GZDOOM v 4.1.3 but it appears to work fine in 4.5. Additional Credits to : IdSoftware made DOOM. Any texture I did not draw myself is derived from royalty free stock images. All new music is taken from the visual novels Higurashi and Umineko When They Cry. =========================================================================== * What is included * New levels : 3 Sounds : No Music : Yes Graphics : Yes Dehacked/BEX Patch : No Demos : No Other : No Other files required : None * Play Information * Game : Doom 2 Map # : 1-3 Single Player : Designed for Cooperative 2-4 Player : No Deathmatch 2-4 Player : No Other game styles : None Difficulty Settings : Yes * Construction * Base : New from scratch Build Time : Worked very on and off for a few months Editor(s) used : GZDOOM Builder, Ultimate Doom Builder, Slade3, Paint.Net May Not Run With : Anything that's not GZDOOM Tested With : GZDOOM 4.1.3, GZDOOM 4.5.0 * Copyright / Permissions * This work is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.
