=========================================================================== Advanced engine needed : Limit Removing Primary purpose : Single play =========================================================================== Title : Gyrotechnics Filename : t-gyro.wad/zip Release date : January 5, 2007 Author : Tango Email Address : tangnogg@gmail.com Other Files By Author : http://tango.dmclub.org/?page_id=3 Check that page out if you're actually interested. Misc. Author Info : Nothing very good. Description : No more than your average techbase style map, taking place in the mountains or something (don't bother asking why there are no mountains in the sky). To begin with, this was merely a 100 minute speedmap created in August of 2006, but has obviously evolved into an undoubtedly superior map (to the original, that is). Thanks to Belial, the gameplay is heavily refined since the original (map02), and detail added by moi. If you're only an average skilled player, it might not be best to play this on Ultra Violence, though what do I know about the average skill level. Additional Credits to : Belial, for 90% of the helpful testing and feedback. DomRem, Hobbs, and esselfortium for general testing and feedback. Macro11_1, for multiplayer testing. AgentSpork for being a lazy bum and not testing. Whiteboy, for offering to test in multiplayer, though never getting to. Jimmy91 for doing a small bit of midi editing to make the midi loop more nicely. Sarge Baldy for the sky, and Nick Baker for a few of the flats/textures. Afterglow, Hobomaster, and zarkyb for inspiration. =========================================================================== * What is included * New levels : 2; Map01 is the refined, Map02 is the old version Sounds : No Music : Yes, stolen from Megaman X3 (Blast Hornet) Graphics : Yes, a recolored Doom1 E4 sky and some textures Dehacked/BEX Patch : No Demos : No Other : No Other files required : None * Play Information * Game : Doom 2 Map # : 1, 2 Single Player : Created for Cooperative 2-4 Player : Barely; you are given 2 extra shell boxes at the start.
