Deathmatch 5-16 Player : Only level five was designed for this. Difficulty Settings : No Demos Replaced : No, but I'd love to see some. * Level Information * Level 1 : DoomServ Deathmatch I Description : This level has quickly become one of my favorite deathmatch levels of all time, and not because I made it. This level is everything a classic DM level should be: perfect balance of open fighting areas and other things took keep things interesting, perfect, fluid-looking structures, great item placement, etc. This one has the makings of a total classic. Level 2 : Death-Tac-Toe Description : For those of you who like pure action, no- thinking deathmatch levels, this is the one or you. This level consists of a mid-sized arena modeled closely after DWANGO5's level 18, with a difficult-to-reach megasphere and plasma gun atop the "sides." Level 3 : The Volcano Installaion Description : This level is very reminicent of Quake's DM4 for 1 big reason: LAVA! If you're lagged badly, I highly reccommend you don't play this level :) This level features a dark, "Doom episode 1 base" -type area, and of course the volcanic lava area. This level also makes use of "push pads," floor pads that whip you or anything on it wherever it's pointing to. Level 4 : Convayer Belt Arena Description : The name for this one pretty much says it all :) This level is modeled very closely after DWANGO5's level 10 in shape, yet plays very differently. Although the convayer belt takes some getting used to, it really makes for some fast, furious, interesting deathmatch. Level 5 : Sin Description : Since I want this wad to still be played after the new network code (http://www.xmission.com/~larsen) for Doom comes out (meaning that there will be much more than 4 people in each game, probably), I wanted to include a deathmatch level that would be the most fun with about 10 people. As soon as I realized that a level I had already released called Sin would make the perfect level for this, I decided to give parts of it a face lift, open some areas of it up a bit (some parts are kinda cramped), and include the new version of it as level 5 in this pack. "Sin is in so it shall begin." * Construction * Base : Levels and scripts from scratch Editor(s) used : ZETH, BSP v2.3 Build time : About three weeks Known Bugs : One, and it's all ZDoom's fault :) The second silent teleport in the wind tunnel on level 3 only works about half the time * Copyright / Permissions * Authors may NOT use this level as a base to build additional levels.
