OCTAGONS.WAD is my second wad file. After mastering Mathew Ayers' WADED 183, this new level is much less blocky and plays better than my first attempt (SHRINE.WAD). ================================================================ For : DOOM ][ Title : The Octagons (Chuck Norris not include) Filename : OCTAGONS.WAD Author : Scott Armatti Email Address : armattis@student.msu.edu Editor : Waded 183 by Mathew Ayers Misc. Author Info : CPS major at Michigan State University. Employed at a local computer store: ACD Computers, E. Lansing MI, 48823 517-333-0900 Description : A symetrical structure connecting several octagonal areas of varying hieghts. The "main" area has a small, poison stairwell leading up to a small room with the BFG. This room is held up by 4 techno-pillars so not only will a player recieve poison damage but can also be picked off while inside this small room. Special Thanks to : My co-workers at ACD computers who helped me play-test this level and the SHRINE.WAD. : Mathew Ayers (again) for creating a FANTASTIC and easy-to-use editor. : My wife Stacey, patient with me as always. : The guys at id software for creating the most enjoyable and artistic game ever. ================================================================ * Play Information * Episode and Level # : MAP01 Single Player : Yes (Very Boring however) Cooperative 2-4 Player : Yes (Also a drag) Deathmatch 2-4 Player : Yes!
