You MAY distribute this, as long as: 1) You DONT!!! charge any fee of any kind whatsoever (e.g Hiring, renting, leasing, selling etc) Its FREE!!! 2) You DONT!!! annoy iD Software with any bugs about it!!! They DONT support this product, and thusly will NOT give you any help with it. 3) You MUST!!! put this .TXT file with this .WAD if you distribute it on Disks, CDs, BBS etc ******************************** Where to get this .WAD FTP: ftp://ftp.cdrom.com/ and anywhere else that decides to mirror cdrom.com It'll probably be in the Newstuff dir, so look there. Otherwise, just hunt it down! ******************************** How to install OK. In this .ZIP file is aliens-x.wad aliens-x.txt (this file!) deusf.exe You'll need a decent copy of PKUNZIP to unzip this file, and then get the above mentioned ones. If you want, unzip it into c:\games\doom or wherever your Doom is. Try and put a copy of deusf.exe in c:\dos or somewhere on your search path. Then use Deusf like this: deusf -append aliens-x.wad And that'll make it workable for Doom. Then start Doom like so: doom -file aliens-x.wad <<>> Ok I think thats all ive got to say.....other than 1) Enjoy! and 2) Au Reservoir!!! ;) (Shameless plug!)
