12/20/96 ================================================================ Title : Suicide Staccato Filename : mexx6.bsp Author : Marcus Dromowicz Email Address : Marcus.Dromowicz@Informatik.Uni-Oldenburg.de Description : Full Quake map. ================================================================ * Play Information * Single Player : Yes Cooperative : Yes Deathmatch : Yes Difficulty Settings : Yes New Sounds : No New Graphics : No New Music : No Demos Replaced : None * Construction * Base : New level from scratch Editor(s) used : Thred Known Bugs : Quake counts 9 monsters too much - this does not affect game play, but, regarding the statistic, you can't kill all monsters. If someone knows the reason for this, email me! Build Time : About 15 days. Texture Wad used : Base Compile machine : P120 w/ 32MB RAM QBSP Time : ca. 33 minutes Light Time : 18 minutes VIS (-level 4) Time : ca. 140 minutes Brushes : 1724 Entities : 533 Models : "Oh, Cindy C., won't you funk with me?" - Prince, The Black Album * How to Use * Put the .bsp-file into your id1\maps\ directory, launch Quake and type "map mexx6" from the console. Remember to adjust the skill level BEFORE (using "skill x"). * Other Info * This is my sixth map in the mexx-series. It was designed as a one-player map but supports deathmatch & coop nevertheless. If you like it, check out the other ones. The map is larger than the 1.4MB limit, but it runs fine on my computer and didn't crash a single time. Maybe the limit is for the pure .bsp-file without lighting&vising. I'm thankful for any comments, so, if you like the map (or don't), want to have the .3dt/.map/.prt files or have a cool deathmatch-demo using my map - email me (regarding my actual feedback, it seems noone plays my maps :() Marcus.Dromowicz@Informatik.Uni-Oldenburg.de * Copyright / Permissions * Authors may NOT use this level as a base to build additional levels.
