And congratulations again on keeping up a legenday, up-to-date site. +=========================================================================+ Hey I've just programmed a Chasecam mod for Quake2 after a HELL of a lot of trial-and-error and searching through the C files, and, to my knowledge, is *THE* first chasecam mod ever for Quake2. This MAY seem trivial but as Quake2 is my life, hey... don't blame me :). It's not just a chasecam mod it's got a few new weapons and cool options in it like gun turret usages, and it's actually the beginning of a TC.. (Not related to anything, but totally new weapons, monsters, etc.) It's also got : Proper weapon models for the player model in Deathmatch (toggleable), a grappling hook (toggleable), player usable turrets with bullets that go through walls (toggleable), INI file configurable deathstrings, INI file configurable MOTD, new models (Head gib for guards, and a meatier gib model), flares, Crazy Joes (a unique new weapon which is rather cool) and Bouncing Betties. It's the beginning of a TC, but I just worked out the chasecam so I figured I'd publish it for those who love to play from behind. I'll be writing a tutorial for QDeveLs soon, so watch there for it.
