They use Plasma Charges for ammo. (Remarkably, the blasters look like shotguns, and the charges look like shotgun shells. Go fig. ;->) They also have a faster firing rate than the shotguns they replace, which is a good thing because... The Bad News: ... Grunts have single blasters, and Enforcers have *dual* blasters! The Side Effects: To maintain continuity, Enforcers now drop shells in their backpacks. This takes some Thunderbolt cells out of the mix, so I've upped the cell box capacity from 6 to 9 (12 to 18 for large boxes.) Hopefully, everything will balance out. If it doesn't, let me know. The Fun Part: Dual Blasters with Quad Damage. (heh heh heh) How to use : Create a folder in your Quake folder. (I suggest "TechWpn.") Unzip TchWpn10.ZIP in the new folder.
