Who am I?

My name is Raphaël Quinet, but this is probably not a surprise for you if you are reading this page. I was born on the 13th of January, 1970. You can send birthday presents to the following address:

I live in Belgium but I work in Germany during the week. I am an electrical engineer (computer science) and I am currently working in the research departement of Ericsson Eurolab Deutschland. Ericsson is a Swedish company, which explains why my e-mail address ends in .se:

I usually receive a lot of mail on these accounts. I read it all, but I do not always have the time to reply (if I had to spend an average of 5 or 10 minutes replying to every message, I would need more than 24 hours a day). So if you send a message to me, don't be disappointed if I don't reply. Remember that I have to work during the day, so I can only read my mail during my spare time (except for serious messages related to my projects, of course).
